Kueh Lapis
Handcrafted in Singapore, our kueh lapis is made from a traditional nonya recipe with a twist. Tweaked to provide a distinctive taste, it includes unique ingredients such as XO Brandy and fresh vanilla pods.
While the process may be laborious as each layer requires a lot of care, we believe in baking only upon order as we care about delivering the freshest kueh lapis for you and the ones who matter.
Storage instructions:
1 month - Keep in fridge
3 months - Keep in freezer
Best Consumed:
1 month - Enjoy it either chilled or allow lapis to sit out of fridge for 5 mins before serving
3 months - Put frozen lapis in fridge one day before to thaw properly and allow lapis to sit out of the fridge for 5 mins before serving
